- What kind of the relationship should be between Teachers and students ?
There were Gurukul in our ancient time and today the Gurukul has changed and the learning style and method also changed and named of instructor (Teachers). In early age, teacher we called him GURU and students to SHISHYA. of course this is the naughty Modern era we have to change with society but we can not say that the relation should change. of course teachers be our big brother it does not mean that he/she is our brother teacher means teacher, where we learn, not only related to syllabus but also tips of living life, the correct path of life. - What do you feel how a teacher should be?
According to me; Teacher should have friendly nature. Sometime (a student) we feel that some of the question we can not ask him because teacher have strict mind, students afraid that he/she will become angry. Thus the teacher should have friendly nature, yes of course, there have some limitation. When students are doing wrong, teacher should become strict. As a teacher, he/she should provides the study material and help the students. Teacher should be a motivation speaker because the student life is very hopeless, complicated, they often want to motivate. The most important quality about teacher is he/she must be impartial and should treat his/her pupils with equal care and help, without making any type of difference among students. Whether it is based on the top rankers, on caste system, or by economically rich. Teacher should have mastery in his subjects. Apart from all the non-academical qualities their must be very important quality which is the mastery over the subject which the teacher is going to teach. He/she must be aware about all the aspects regarding his/her coursework, so if some students ask question he/she will able to answer in a proper way without going away from the topic. the ideal teacher should have some qualities which through students can learn more from them Here I am not talking about only modern's teacher.
- What do you feel how a student should be?
According to me, the student must be simple headed, humble and obedient. As a students, must be multitasking, they must have time management skill because they have to maintain both the things like personal and related to study. Time management skill is very important thing for students. Student should not excuse on the home work and task which are giving by teacher. Student must be attentive in class. Their mind should be fully focused. They have to present mentally in class rather than physically.A good student always comes up with Pre-reading of text which is going to run in class, so that he/she can get the topic in better way.
